I have had such tension in my lower neck going down into my shoulder blade. I have a traditional massage gun but it was was to difficult for me to hold and use on myself. I really liked how cool this one looked so I decided to give it a shot. I has been working exactly as I hoped. 3 quick pushes to the power button and it starts right up ready to go. It is the perfect size to hold comfortably while I massage away the stress that is locked up in my muscles. It vomes with a nice bag that I store it in while its charging or not in use. I like it because it protects it from getting hair and anything else stuck to it. It plugs right into the bottom of the massager. I only charged it overnight the first day it arrived and it has been working perfect ever since. This massger is exactly what I hoped for. Its the perfect size to take on the go or keep home either way you wont be sorry.

I use this stick every time I finished working out. It has multiple modes to choose from. It makes my muscle relax after working out. Love it!
